Development begins on a generative AI knowledge search system

In July 2023, we began developing an internal knowledge search system powered by large language models (LLMs).

The AI reads in-house manuals and reports, finds the relevant passages for a question asked in plain language, and summarizes them. By combining it with our OCR and text classification technology, we aim to make paper documents searchable too.
